We are looking for an Operations Recruiter to join Carvana's Talent team. This role focuses on providing professional recruitment services to ensure our operations departments meet all staffing needs, with a focus on skilled-level positions across various sites.

Key Responsibilities

• →Independently source candidates through various methods such as social media, Indeed, and the Carvana website
• →Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews via phone
• →Provide resumes and screening notes for hiring manager interviews
• →Conduct talent/skills, role-fit, and culture-fit assessments and advise the business accordingly
• →Manage candidate expectations regarding the background check process
• →Develop hiring leader relationships and a strong understanding of the Operations team's business and gaps
• →Focus on a high conversion rate from interview to offer
