About the Role
We are looking for a Post Production Manager to join Carvana's Inspection Center team. This supervisory role oversees daily operations and manages a team of leads and associates in a vehicle reconditioning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center
- →Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports
- →Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals
- →Ensure adherence to operating standards and performance metrics
- →Create a positive team environment that follows Carvana's Values
- →Maintain supervisory staff through recruitment, training, and development
- →Ensure production capacity levels and assist with planning
- →Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
- →Provide guidance to meet performance metrics
- →Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- ✓5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
- ✓Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- ✓Experience leading and developing associates
- ✓Proven ability to meet project deliverables and metrics
- ✓English language proficiency (read, write, speak)
- ✓Valid driver's license with clean record
- ✓Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong communication skills
- ✓Team-oriented approach
- ✓Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds
- ✓Safety equipment usage
