About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our R&D Program Management team who shares our passion for tackling complexity head-on and driving various business-critical projects. This role plays a vital part in implementing the Product Group vision within large-scale cross-functional projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver results by orchestrating the technical planning, execution, and enablement of key programs.
- →Communicate and build rapport with senior executive's technical and non-technical team members.
- →Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow or prevent teams from delivering objectives.
- →Lead and contribute to the decision-making process and facilitate conflict resolution.
- →Draw from hands-on experience in the relevant technology requested.
- →Use critical design thinking to focus on delivery and results.
- →Define key program metrics and communicate outcomes, blockers, and program performance.
- →Work with management and other leaders to continually identify and implement team process improvements.
Requirements
- ✓B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field
- ✓3+ years of enterprise commercial software/technical program or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company
- ✓Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships.
- ✓Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration.
- ✓Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of proactively working across the organization to drive issues to closure.
- ✓Experience in working with data collection/logging solutions – an advantage
- ✓Availability to travel abroad.
- ✓Fluent in English and Hebrew
