About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Product Designer to join Gametime’s team. This role involves leading design for impactful consumer experiences across various stages of the user journey.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and evolve core consumer journeys across onboarding, discovery, search, event exploration, and decision-making.
- →Deeply understand customers through qualitative research, quantitative data, and behavioral insights.
- →Lead ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces, framing opportunities and defining experience direction.
- →Design high-quality UI and UX, from early concepts to polished, production-ready designs.
- →Concept and validate new value propositions to help users discover and choose events.
- →Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to bring ideas to life and ensure high-quality execution.
- →Contribute to AI-enabled experiences by shaping interaction models, user flows, and trust-building patterns.
- →Drive activation and conversion outcomes through experimentation and collaboration.
- →Use metrics and learning loops to evaluate impact and continuously improve the consumer experience.
- →Mentor and support other designers, contributing to a strong design culture.
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of product design experience with ownership of consumer-facing products.
- ✓Proven success designing for activation, conversion, and complex decision-making flows.
- ✓Strong end-to-end design skills: research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and systems thinking.
- ✓Experience shipping and iterating on data- or AI-informed product features in production.
- ✓Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data partners on technically complex products.
- ✓Strong product judgment—balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- ✓Comfort working with experimentation, metrics, and iterative delivery.
- ✓Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
