About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Hostingerβs Customer Experience team. Youβll be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and delivering improvements to hPanel, Hostingerβs self-service portal, impacting the full user journey from onboarding to cross-sell and renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- βIdentify and prioritize product opportunities in hPanel across onboarding, account management, cross-sell, and renewals.
- βDefine problems, requirements, and success metrics based on customer impact and business value.
- βAnalyze product and business data independently, and collaborate with the analytics team on deeper analysis.
- βPlan and run experiments (A/B tests), evaluate results, and decide next steps.
- βOwn and maintain the roadmap for your product area, balancing short-term impact and long-term improvements.
- βCollaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, legal, and other product teams to deliver solutions.
- βCommunicate progress, results, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- βAt least 2 years of experience working as a Product Manager on user-facing digital products (web / frontend-heavy).
- βAbility to independently identify problems, assess impact, and drive product initiatives from discovery to delivery.
- βHands-on experience with experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis-driven development).
- βStrong data fluency: comfortable exploring metrics yourself and working with the analytics team to interpret results and make data-informed trade-offs.
- βSolid business acumen and curiosity about how product decisions impact revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- βExperience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders.
- βClear written and verbal communication skills in English.
