About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager - AI Support Experience to join Catawiki, a unique marketplace for buying and selling special objects. Your mission is to improve our AI-powered customer support experience, ensuring it is accurate, fast, and helps solve real user problems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement agentic workflows to reduce manual contacts
- →Improve AI answer quality through human and automated evaluations
- →Expand AI coverage and ensure reliable handoff to humans
- →Create smooth, intuitive user journeys to enhance satisfaction
- →Support roadmap development with clear outcomes and success criteria
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager
- ✓Strong belief in customer-centric product development
- ✓Data-driven approach to decision-making
- ✓Solid grasp of LLM concepts and experience with agentic workflows
- ✓Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning
- ✓Ability to drive and execute manual and automated EVAL sets
- ✓Experience with OpenAI integrations is a plus
- ✓Familiarity with A/B testing, funnel metrics, and defining KPIs
- ✓Agile and innovative mindset with the ability to thrive in a changing environment
- ✓+3 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally e-commerce focused
