About the Role
We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager – APAC to define, own, and scale the regional demand generation strategy to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth across diverse APAC markets. This high-impact role will build and optimize the APAC demand engine and serve as the primary digital demand partner to APAC sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute the end-to-end APAC demand generation strategy
- →Translate regional sales goals into actionable demand plans
- →Align global campaign frameworks with APAC market realities
- →Build scalable regional programs that support both volume and enterprise motions
- →Architect and execute integrated digital programs tailored to diverse APAC buyer personas
- →Own campaign setup, testing, optimization, and performance tracking
- →Ensure localization across languages and cultures
- →Serve as the trusted digital demand generation partner to APAC sales leadership
- →Define KPIs and reporting framework for APAC demand performance
- →Own and manage the APAC demand generation budget
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing
- ✓At least 2 years owning regional or multi-country demand programs
- ✓Proven track record of driving pipeline impact through digital channels
- ✓Demonstrated experience supporting the APAC region
- ✓Strong knowledge of APAC promotion channels, publishers, and syndication vendors
- ✓Experience localizing campaigns across multiple APAC countries and languages
- ✓Hands-on experience with webinars, content syndication, email marketing, and digital lead generation
- ✓Experience working closely with regional sales teams in a field-aligned model
- ✓Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards
- ✓Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring pipeline and revenue contribution
- ✓Experience managing external vendors and agencies
- ✓Excellent project management and cross-cultural communication skills
- ✓Background in cybersecurity, networking, SaaS, or enterprise technology a nice to have
