About the Role
We are looking for a Story Tech Programmer to join our team and work with passionate designers and artists to bring exciting ideas to life using Unreal Engine 5. This role involves designing, implementing, and expanding features to ensure technology does not limit imagination.
Key Responsibilities
- →Designing, implementing, optimizing and maintaining narrative and cinematic systems used across our projects.
- →Developing and supporting tools that enable fast implementation of immersive story experience.
- →Taking ownership of story tech features, ensuring performance, stability and scalability
- →Debugging, profiling and resolving technical challenges
- →Mentoring other programmers, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
- →Defining technical standards for story systems and tools.
- →Cooperation with other departments.
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Unreal Engine 5
- ✓Strong understanding of narrative and cinematic systems
- ✓Ability to design and implement tools for immersive story experiences
- ✓Experience with debugging and profiling
- ✓Leadership potential and willingness to mentor other developers
