About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join Celonis, the global leader in Process Intelligence technology. In this role, you will drive the partner marketing strategy and plan for the Celonis Platform Apps Program, focusing on awareness, engagement, and growth in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute fiscal year strategic marketing plans with top-tier partners
- →Collaborate with regional stakeholders to create joint marketing opportunities
- →Plan and execute joint webinars, events, and speaking engagements
- →Lead the CeloConnect program in the DACH region
- →Drive creation of co-branded assets like case studies and testimonials
- →Serve as the primary marketing contact for partner teams
- →Monitor and report on the effectiveness of joint partner marketing activities
- →Manage marketing funds for the fiscal year
Requirements
- ✓4+ years experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing in a SaaS environment
- ✓Proven success in building and scaling partner programs globally
- ✓Strong ability to translate strategies into operational plans
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks
- ✓Advanced ability to analyze performance metrics
- ✓Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms
- ✓English fluency
