About the Role
We are looking for an HR Operations Intern to join Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence technology. This unique dual-capacity role provides a 360-degree view of the talent landscape, with your time split equally between HR Operations and Talent Acquisition Coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- →Master Interview Logistics: Expertly schedule complex global interviews and efficiently coordinate with all stakeholders.
- →Elevate the Candidate Experience: Own the end-to-end candidate journey, serving as the professional point of contact.
- →Support the full Employee Lifecycle: Manage various administration tasks, including HR document preparation, maintaining the employee database, checking work authorization, and confirming background checks.
- →Full Team Integration: Contribute as an essential member of the People Operations team.
Requirements
- ✓Ability to work in person at our downtown Raleigh location 25 hours per week.
- ✓Full-time enrolled student pursuing a bachelor's degree, junior or senior-level standing.
- ✓Preferred academic majors: human resources, business, pre-law, communications, or psychology.
- ✓Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to structure work, juggle multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- ✓Strong Communication: Professional, proactive, and clear communication with candidates and internal teams.
- ✓Passion for People & TA: Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and HR Processes and Policies.
