About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to join HubSpot’s global People team. This role will focus on building and executing recruitment strategies across the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations in the JAPAC region. You will lead a team of talent acquisition professionals across Australia, Japan, Singapore, and India, ensuring we meet headcount goals while maintaining our cultural commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and lead a holistic JAPAC recruiting strategy in partnership with business leadership to support HubSpot’s long-term growth goals.
- →Partner strategically with JAPAC leaders to align recruiting with business priorities.
- →Coach and develop Talent Acquisition managers and their teams, fostering a culture of clarity, trust, and learning.
- →Own and optimize recruiting systems and dashboards, working closely with Finance, Workforce Planning, and Operations.
- →Use data and insights to guide recruiting decisions and measure the health of recruiting pipelines.
- →Champion inclusive and innovative hiring approaches to ensure inclusive talent pipelines.
- →Model and embed our cultural commitments: Solve for the Customer, Be Bold. Learn Fast., Align, Adapt & Go, Deliver with HEART.
- →Experiment with new recruiting approaches to continuously improve efficiency, equity, and candidate experience.
- →Contribute to global recruiting leadership, driving consistency across functions and regions.
Requirements
- ✓Experience leading Talent Acquisition teams, ideally in high-growth Go-To-Market functions across the JAPAC region.
- ✓Strong people leadership skills, balancing autonomy with clarity and coaching teams to thrive in a high-growth environment.
- ✓Data-fluent with the ability to tell compelling stories with insights to drive recruiting strategies.
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, flexing style and channel for audience and impact.
