About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our team at CESO. This role involves developing and leading design and documentation efforts for complete architectural building projects, including coordination of complex engineering systems with minimum supervision. The position also includes mentoring and training Designers and Lead Designers.

Key Responsibilities

• →Create and lead production of detailed scaled plans and supporting documentation for building construction projects
• →Design and prepare 2D and 3D detailed construction drawings using CAD and BIM software
• →Review projects to implement required constructability and code requirements
• →Coordinate entire building construction projects with sub-consultants and provide feedback on drawing standards
• →Assist Team Leads and Project Managers in Quality Assurance reviews with redline mark-ups
• →Self-check redline completion and review drawings before returning to team members
• →Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments to meet deadlines
• →Perform other duties as assigned
