About the Role
Chalkboard is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to bring paid social channels in-house and build the systems and strategy needed to scale them aggressively. This role involves working closely with Paid Media, Creative, Data, Product, and Revenue teams to enhance the sports gaming experience for fans.
Key Responsibilities
- →Bring ownership of highest impact paid social channels in-house
- →Increase spend and efficiency across these channels
- →Improve analysis, projections, and funnel visibility for performance marketing
- →Develop a cohesive creative strategy that resonates with sports fans
- →Balance analytical rigor with creative instincts
- →Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations
- →Ramp spend intelligently around key sports calendars
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience managing paid social strategy and execution
- ✓Strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- ✓Experience managing large-scale paid social budgets
- ✓Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills
- ✓Ability to design and execute data-driven marketing experiments
- ✓Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel and performance metrics
- ✓Ability to apply sports culture and gaming behavior to acquisition strategy
- ✓Comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
