About the Role
We are looking for a Technology Recruiter to join our team. This role involves strategic recruitment and selection of technology professionals, conducting complex high-volume processes across different countries. The mission is to attract and engage talent aligned with business needs while ensuring agility, quality, and a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct end-to-end selection processes for technology positions at various seniority levels
- →Support business growth demands and implement continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment
- →Define attraction strategies with internal and external clients, ensuring cultural fit and alignment with company values
- →Manage vacancy pipeline: screening, interviews, technical alignment, and candidate follow-up until hiring
- →Ensure positive candidate experience with clear communication and structured feedback
- →Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for demand prioritization and constant alignment
- →Monitor performance metrics and recruitment KPIs to ensure efficiency and quality
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in end-to-end selection processes for technology professionals
- ✓Experience in high-complexity and high-volume hiring
- ✓Ability for direct client relationship management, conducting intakes and profile alignments
- ✓Excellent communication, flexibility, and multitasking skills
- ✓Experience in tracking recruitment metrics and indicators
- ✓Advanced conversational English
- ✓Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
