About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design front in our digital product squad focused on applied AI for productivity and efficiency. This role involves conducting continuous discovery processes and transforming complex hypotheses into high-impact design solutions that balance user needs with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead strategic design initiatives in partnership with Product Managers and Tech Leads
- →Create, iterate, and validate high-fidelity prototypes using Figma for new products and legacy tool modernization
- →Facilitate co-creation dynamics and design workshops (Design Thinking, Lean UX) across multidisciplinary teams
- →Translate UX research, usability testing, and product metrics into data-driven design decisions
- →Develop and execute plans for hypothesis experiments with continuous validation in short delivery cycles
- →Simplify complex workflows into intuitive user flows, identifying automation and improvement opportunities through AI
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in Product Design with complex digital products (B2B, SaaS, or internal tools)
- ✓Advanced prototyping skills using Figma and interaction tools
- ✓Expertise in UX research methods including discovery, user interviews, and usability testing
- ✓Familiarity with OKRs and KPIs, connecting design metrics to business success indicators
- ✓Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with resilience and initiative
