About the Role
We are looking for a Communication Designer to join our team at CI&T. This role focuses on creating strategic visual communication materials and presentations for C-level executives, translating complex topics into clear visual narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the creation of strategic materials and executive presentations, ensuring clarity, visual impact, and alignment with C-level audience context
- →Act as a strategic partner to business areas, understanding objectives and transforming complex information into effective visual narratives
- →Maintain and evolve brand identity guidelines, ensuring all materials reflect the company's personality and corporate strategy
- →Develop strategic storytelling, connecting data, insights, and key messages in coherent and persuasive narratives
- →Work on branding, institutional communication, and presentation design projects, ensuring quality and aesthetic excellence
Requirements
- ✓Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or related fields
- ✓Solid experience creating strategic materials and presentations for senior and executive leadership
- ✓Strong design skills applied to storytelling and business communication
- ✓Ability to translate complex information into clear, objective, and persuasive visual narratives
- ✓Experience maintaining and evolving brand identity guidelines
- ✓High attention to detail, aesthetics, and visual consistency
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders
- ✓Clear communication skills and ability to interpret strategic briefings
- ✓Portfolio demonstrating relevant work, especially presentations, campaigns, and institutional materials
- ✓Intermediate English required, with ability to create and review materials for international and executive audiences
