About the Role

We are looking for a Community Strategy Lead to define, structure, and lead the partner community strategy at CI&T. This role involves creating and managing an ecosystem of partners including established companies, startups, and strategic actors.

Key Responsibilities

→Define, structure, and implement the partner community/ecosystem strategy aligned with business unit objectives
→Develop segmented engagement strategies for different partner profiles (anchor companies, startups, strategic partners)
→Design participation journeys and interaction formats that create tangible value for each partner group
→Continuously evolve the strategy based on learnings, feedback, and results
→Conduct active prospecting of new partners aligned with strategic priorities and AI products
→Drive ongoing partner engagement while mapping risks and identifying new collaboration opportunities
→Lead the partner onboarding process including legal procedures and activation
→Represent the company institutionally in partner communities and forums
→Participate in defining legal, contractual, and governance mechanisms for partnerships
→Define and track community health metrics and ecosystem impact

Requirements

✓Previous experience in institutional or B2B community management
✓Experience with innovation ecosystems, strategic partnerships, or corporate-startup initiatives
✓Ability to relate with executives, founders, and senior leaders with business acumen
✓Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple stakeholders
✓Strategic vision for ecosystem building and collective value generation
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
