About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs within our customer Integrations domain. This role requires strong technical judgment and involves working closely with Integration Engineering and Integration Consultant teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end delivery of technical programs, from problem framing through delivery and post-launch evaluation
- →Partner with Integration Engineering and Consultants to translate customer needs into technical initiatives
- →Manage complex technical dependencies and risks across external systems, APIs, and internal teams
- →Drive operational excellence through Jira management, estimation, forecasting, and reporting
- →Define and evolve metrics and KPIs for API integrations
- →Promote agile and Lean practices across engineering and consulting functions
- →Facilitate clear communication with diverse stakeholders
