About the Role
CivilGrid is seeking a Founding Recruiter to join our venture-backed SaaS construction tech company at a pivotal stage of growth. This role will own full-cycle recruiting across the company, with a strong emphasis on technical and go-to-market roles.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting across CivilGrid, with a strong emphasis on go-to-market and technical roles
- →Partner closely with the CEO and hiring managers to define role scope, success criteria, and hiring priorities
- →Operate as a metrics-driven recruiter, holding yourself accountable to quality, speed, and hiring outcomes
- →Build and evolve recruiting processes, interview loops, and tooling that scale with the company
- →Measure success through outcomes - quality of hire, speed, and team impact
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring GTM and technical roles
- ✓Hold an uncompromising talent bar and measure success by the quality and impact of the people you bring into the organization
- ✓Experience in an early-stage startup environment is a plus
- ✓Comfortable partnering directly with the CEO and senior leaders to define roles, pressure-test profiles, and make high-stakes hiring decisions
- ✓Thrive in a low-structure environment by creating clarity, setting priorities, and driving momentum
