About the Role

CivilGrid is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to build and scale a multi-channel engine that drives pipeline across utilities and civil engineering markets. This is a foundational role for a venture-backed SaaS construction tech company disrupting the underground infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and execute CivilGrid’s first integrated demand strategy across ABM, field, digital, and Sales
→Design and run ABM campaigns for top strategic accounts
→Run a website revamp to improve user experience and tracking
→Own CivilGrid’s presence at industry events
→Build measurement and attribution frameworks to track account engagement
→Partner with Sales to develop account intelligence and accelerate buying cycles
→Continuously experiment with new channels and technologies

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in demand gen, growth or revenue marketing
✓Proven track record influencing multi-million-dollar pipeline through ABM and field programs
✓Experience planning and executing field events and digital campaigns
✓Hands-on marketing ops experience with automation platforms, CRM, analytics tools, and CMS tools
✓Analytical mindset with ability to manage data quality and build dashboards
✓Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
✓Excellent project manager and collaborator
