About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Management team at Clari + Salesloft. This role will focus on the strategic development and enhancement of our Platform capabilities with the support of a local engineering team based in India.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the foundational integrations that power the platform
- →Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate them into compelling solutions
- →Identify new product opportunities and anticipate potential risks and blockers
- →Collaborate with leaders of other functions to refine product strategy and execute process improvements
- →Build alignment and drive decision-making across company-wide initiatives
- →Build impactful relationships and driving collaborative initiatives across functional teams
- →Contribute to technical trade-offs, design clean product interfaces and abstractions
- →Work closely with Engineering to drive an efficient R&D process
- →Collaborate with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to ensure maximum product impact
Requirements
- ✓12+ years of enterprise SaaS experience in a Product role
- ✓In-depth understanding of data integration and API complexities
- ✓Demonstrated expertise in platform development with a portfolio of successful products
- ✓Experience working with enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders
- ✓History of bringing new products and features to market from end to end
- ✓Outstanding presentation skills with diverse audience communication abilities
