About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Clipboard, a fast-growing marketplace connecting workplaces and professionals. This role ensures the continued success of partnerships between Clipboard and healthcare facility customers, delivering optimal experiences at all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own a book of business, speaking with assigned accounts and solving issues as they arise
- →Establish credibility and trust with providers and healthcare executives
- →Articulate the value proposition of our products to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- →Capture feedback from prospects and share it with product teams
- →Work cross-functionally with internal teams to execute trials and initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Relationship management experience strongly preferred
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Willingness to try and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- ✓Bachelor's Degree
