About the Role

We are looking for an Onboarding Expert to join our team at Clipboard. This role focuses on creating an excellent onboarding journey for new and reactivated workers on our app, helping them find the perfect fit for healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

→Make ~60 targeted outbound calls per day to Clipboard app users
→Host ~5 15-minute onboarding consultations daily
→Send follow-up emails and texts to answer questions
→Respond to inbound messages and support tickets
→Keep clear documentation of all interactions
→Recognize pain points and improvement opportunities
→Be the go-to guide for healthcare professionals

Requirements

✓Enjoy talking to people and helping them succeed
✓Comfortable making calls in a fast-paced environment
✓Speak and write English clearly and professionally
✓Organized and follow through on tasks
✓Curious, resourceful, and quick with tools
✓Able to work US Eastern Time business hours
✓Experience in inside sales, client onboarding, customer support, or healthcare recruiting is a plus
