About the Role
We are looking for a Security intern to join Cloudflare's team. This role involves working alongside experienced security team members to improve Cloudflare's security posture through planning, executing, and overseeing security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute a specialized security project over 12 weeks that directly improves Cloudflare’s defensive posture
- →Understand, research, and demonstrate how threat actors operate
- →Work cross-functionally with Legal, People, Engineering, and Finance teams
- →Work closely with a mentor who will provide hands-on guidance
- →Present your security project to the entire company at the end of the internship
- →Connect and learn from executives and leadership team
- →Write for Cloudflare blog and be featured on Cloudflare.tv sessions
Requirements
- ✓The ability to think like an attacker
- ✓Demonstrated critical thinking skills and drive to learn and adapt new technologies
- ✓Curiosity, empathy, and ability to get things done
- ✓Ability to commit to a minimum 12-week summer internship
- ✓In office 3-5 days a week in the London office
- ✓Demonstrated passion for security & software development (bonus)
