About the Role
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager to own and operate FieldAI’s security program as we scale. This role focuses on running core security functions, from detection and incident response to vulnerability management, and driving fixes that reduce risk.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own Field AI’s security as we scale across enterprise, AWS, and AI development environments.
- →Run day-to-day SecOps: monitoring, detection, incident response, and post-incident fixes.
- →Lead vulnerability management across infrastructure, apps, and AI pipelines, prioritizing by real risk.
- →Partner with AI/ML and Engineering to secure training, data pipelines, CI/CD, and robotics deployment environments without slowing delivery.
- →Maintain practical policies and support SOC 2 Type II, CMMC Level 2, and ISO 27001 with defensible controls.
- →Lead and mentor the IT/security team and communicate risk clearly to leadership.
Requirements
- ✓Hands-on experience leading security operations, incidents, and vulnerability management.
- ✓Strong working knowledge of SIEM/EDR/vulnerability scanning and operational security workflows.
- ✓Experience operating in SOC 2 / CMMC / ISO-aligned environments and making compliance useful.
- ✓AWS and cloud security experience, plus the ability to partner effectively with engineers.
- ✓People leadership and clear, direct communication.
