About the Role

Join our team as a Physical Security Administrator to support and evolve our global physical security program. You'll play a critical role in protecting our people, offices, and assets through daily system operations and driving improvements.

Key Responsibilities

→Administer and maintain physical security platforms including access control systems, video management systems (VMS), intrusion alarms, and visitor management tools
→Provision, modify, and deprovision physical access for employees, contractors, and visitors
→Monitor physical security systems and alerts, respond to access or system issues
→Work with external vendors to resolve system issues and support new deployments
→Support testing of new physical security capabilities and system upgrades
→Create and maintain clear documentation for system configurations and operational procedures
→Partner with Facilities, IT, and Security Operations to align physical security operations

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in physical security operations or systems administration
✓Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
✓Hands-on experience administering access control and video surveillance systems
✓Familiarity with badge systems, readers, controllers, cameras, and alarm panels
✓Ability to analyze access logs, system alerts, and video footage
✓Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
✓Clear written and verbal communication skills
