About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our growing customer success organization at CodeRabbit in Europe, Middle East, & Africa (EMEA). As a founding member of the customer success management team, you will ensure our customers realize value with our AI-powered code review platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business objectives
- →Drive engagement and adoption throughout the full customer journey
- →Own a book of business including renewals and expansion opportunities
- →Become a product expert and understand all components of CodeRabbit
- →Educate customers on the best product usage to maximize value
- →Champion customer needs internally to influence the product roadmap
- →Focus on solving customer challenges by communicating benefits and best practices
- →Develop and present periodic reviews to customer leadership
Requirements
- ✓At least 5 years of experience in customer success or account management
- ✓Technical competency to understand CodeRabbit’s software and build relationships with technical stakeholders
- ✓Strong knowledge of the customer success space, including negotiations and procurement processes
- ✓Proficiency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, and Command of Message
- ✓Ability to establish trust at the CxO level and with software development practitioners
- ✓Familiarity with modern software development practices, version control systems, and the software development ecosystem
- ✓Excellent communication skills with business fluency in English
- ✓Ability to travel about 25% of the time to meet with customers
