About the Role
Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a Project Manager to lead a critical Infrastructure Migration Project focused on implementing OpenShift across multi-cloud, hybrid, or on-prem environments. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional technical teams, and ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while aligning with banking governance and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the migration program from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- →Develop and maintain detailed program plans, budgets, risk registers, and dependency maps.
- →Coordinate technical streams to ensure integrated designs and successful migration outcomes.
- →Oversee production of high-quality documentation, including recovery runbooks and architectural designs.
- →Act as the primary point of contact for all program stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting.
- →Liaise with business and technical teams to capture requirements and align with client governance and compliance standards.
- →Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive reporting on progress, risks, and issues.
- →Manage and align activities across specialized roles: OpenShift Architects, Infrastructure Engineers, Automation Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Administrators.
- →Ensure collaboration between streams to support automation, integration, and platform stability during migration.
- →Manage third-party vendors and ensure timely delivery of contracted services.
- →Track program costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- →Drive proactive risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution across all streams.
- →Maintain compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards throughout the migration program.
