About the Role
Our client in the IT Services & Consulting industry is looking for a ServiceNow Product Owner to lead the strategy and execution of ServiceNow capabilities across Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role will focus on aligning platform capabilities with enterprise goals, ensuring governance, compliance, and operational excellence across asset and configuration management functions within a financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and evolve the ServiceNow product strategy across HAM, SAM, and CMDB.
- →Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and ServiceNow best practices.
- →Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that optimize asset and configuration management processes.
- →Act as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring effective governance, usage, and compliance.
- →Evaluate, recommend, and integrate complementary tools across the IT asset and configuration ecosystem.
- →Drive continuous improvement of processes to increase platform value and operational efficiency.
- →Ensure alignment between business needs and ServiceNow delivery outcomes.
