We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at CodeRabbit. This role focuses on supporting our hiring engine by managing interview logistics and building scalable systems for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate complex interview scheduling across time zones
- →Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to move candidates through the pipeline

Requirements
- ✓3+ years of recruiting coordination or talent operations experience
- ✓Experience supporting technical hiring
- ✓Strong calendar management skills across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- ✓Experience with an ATS (Ashby preferred; Greenhouse, Lever)
- ✓Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- ✓Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
