About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who will sit at the intersection of pricing, localization, and market expansion. This role focuses on how users behave in different countries and how to adapt products to resonate in local contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own Retake’s pricing strategy across subscriptions, paywalls, trials, discounts, and geo-specific offers.
- →Design and run pricing and monetization experiments to improve conversion, ARPU, and long-term revenue.
- →Lead Retake’s localization strategy, moving beyond translation to true market adaptation.
- →Build scalable processes and quality standards for localization.
- →Identify and prioritize high-potential markets in collaboration with growth and marketing.
- →Propose and drive market-specific product ideas — features, flows, or positioning changes that improve local adoption and performance.
- →Turn learnings from pricing, localization, and market expansion into reusable best practices.
- →Share insights and frameworks with product, growth, and leadership teams across Codeway.
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience working with data and analysis, using funnels, cohorts, experiments, and metrics to understand and improve user behavior.
- ✓Experience with pricing, monetization, growth, or experimentation problems.
- ✓Ability to combine analytical rigor with creativity, especially when it comes to pricing, paywalls, and value perception.
- ✓Strong communication skills across engineering, design, data, growth, and marketing.
- ✓Natural ownership and a builder mindset.
