About the Role
We are seeking an Institutional Sales Manager to join Coins, the leading crypto brand in the Philippines. This role involves managing regulatory interactions, developing sales strategies for institutional clients, and driving business growth in the cryptocurrency and financial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the primary point of contact with the SEC and manage all regulatory interactions and compliance engagements
- →Serve as the main contact for Government Relations matters in Thailand, overseeing and resolving related cases
- →Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire institutional clients as per business targets
- →Build new client relationships and increase wallet share and satisfaction for existing clients
- →Participate in community events to enhance company presence and visibility
- →Ensure excellent service to clients and partners, representing their interests within the AsiaNext ecosystem
- →Assess and develop new client-led product ideas with long-term revenue potential
- →Collaborate with Product Development to create and sell innovative crypto products and services
- →Brainstorm creative growth strategies and engage in international travel for roadshows and stakeholder interactions
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in institutional sales with banks, financial institutions, or cryptocurrency exchanges
- ✓Preferably experience in sales, account coverage, business development, or sales & trading at a tier-1 crypto or traditional finance exchange or investment bank
- ✓Broad understanding of derivative markets and products, with experience in providing client solutions
- ✓Existing relationships with market makers, high-frequency firms, proprietary trading firms, or quantitative trading firms in crypto or traditional finance
- ✓Self-starter mentality with hands-on experience in a growth-phase business
- ✓Demonstrable experience in sales and relationship management of institutional clients in the financial sector
- ✓Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, digital exchanges, web 3, blockchain, and digital assets
- ✓Ability to craft narratives for customers around a portfolio of solutions to meet business objectives
- ✓Experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment with hunter mentality and excellent interpersonal skills
