About the Role
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to manage return pickup operations, service recovery cases, and deduction reporting while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This role involves close collaboration with station staff and stakeholders to support departmental administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure reporting and monitoring comply with Return Pickup (RPU) objectives
- →Ensure all return pickups comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- →Settle all Fantastic Service Recovery (FSR) cases within set timelines
- →Provide report deductions and coordinate justifications with relevant stakeholders
- →Comply with ISO 9001 QMS, OH&S management system, and GDPMD requirements
- →Participate in quality, safety, and GDPMD related programs such as training and campaigns
- →Work closely with station staff and all other stakeholders
- →Assist in all other tasks given by superiors
- →Provide support to other administrative functions within the department
Requirements
- ✓Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- ✓Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- ✓Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- ✓Prior working experience is advantageous
- ✓Strong interpersonal skills including verbal communication, problem-solving, and listening
