About the Role
We are looking for a KOL Sourcing & Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Coins.ph, the most established crypto brand in the Philippines. This role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote our digital assets and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and source relevant Web2 and Web3 KOLs across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- →Build and maintain a KOL database and pipeline
- →Assist in evaluating creators based on engagement, audience quality, and content fit
- →Support planning and execution of KOL campaigns from briefing to publishing
- →Coordinate content submissions, reviews, revisions, and publishing timelines
- →Ensure KOLs follow campaign requirements, including referral links and CTAs
- →Track deliverables and follow up to ensure timely completion
- →Assist in managing relationships with KOL agencies
- →Collect proposals, quotes, and creator shortlists
- →Support coordination for larger campaigns, offline activations, or special events
- →Assist with contract coordination and briefing document distribution
- →Maintain trackers for KOL status, timelines, and deliverables
- →Collect post-campaign metrics (views, engagement, signups) and support reporting
- →Help track campaign performance and basic KPIs
- →Support post-campaign reviews to identify insights and optimization opportunities
Requirements
- ✓0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, marketing operations, or related roles
- ✓Strong interest in creator economy, social media, and digital marketing
- ✓Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- ✓Good communication skills; comfortable following up with creators and agencies
- ✓Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- ✓Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or agencies
- ✓Familiarity with influencer tools (e.g. Upfluence, Modash, manual analysis)
- ✓Interest in payments, fintech, or digital wallets
