About the Role

We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs & Licensing Manager to lead Coins' regulatory strategy, licensing execution, and compliance alignment in Thailand. This role involves tracking regulatory developments, managing licensing processes, and ensuring compliance with Thai authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• →Monitor and interpret regulations from SEC, BOT, AMLO and assess their impact on products and operations
• →Advise management and product teams on regulatory feasibility, requirements, and risk implications
• →Lead end-to-end regulatory licensing processes, including preparing submissions and managing regulator communications
• →Maintain strong relationships with regulators and handle inquiries, audits, inspections, and periodic reporting
• →Develop and maintain internal compliance frameworks, policies, SOPs, and AML/CFT requirements for Thailand
• →Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Finance to ensure regulatory alignment
• →Draft regulatory strategy reports, position papers, and consultation responses for policy developments
• →Identify regulatory risks early and provide clear guidance to internal stakeholders
• →Represent Coins in regulatory dialogues, consultations, and industry engagements
