About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support Commure's growth and partner with teams across various functions including Go-to-Market, G&A, Enterprise, and Operations. This pivotal role will focus on scaling these organizations through standardized, efficient, and metrics-driven recruiting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify creative ways to activate and engage passive talent
- →Utilize data to set benchmarks and metrics for targeted recruiting strategies
- →Develop unique full-cycle hiring strategies to meet hiring targets
- →Work with hiring teams to design interview plans that capture the right signals
- →Manage multiple requisitions with active and passive candidates
- →Create and implement sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines
- →Maintain data hygiene through Ashby to ensure accuracy of Talent datasets
- →Deliver a world-class candidate experience across the hiring journey
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with success in high-volume recruitment
- ✓Experience designing and implementing scalable recruiting processes and workflows
- ✓Success in scaling a high-growth Tech company
- ✓Excellent project management skills for handling high-volume and targeted recruiting
- ✓Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to work independently
- ✓Experience with recruiting within the software industry
