About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Manager, People Operations Transformation to transform global people operations and processes that support company scale. This role requires deep subject matter expertise in global HR operations and proven success identifying improvement and automation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Apply AI and a data-driven approach to identify improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions
- →Lead global enablement for People Operations, Shared Services, and Talent Coordination
- →Partner with globally distributed teams to scope and drive project outcomes
- →Develop clear project plans and manage stakeholders and deliverables
- →Update and maintain knowledge governance for AI consumption
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 7+ years of HR operations experience
- ✓Demonstrated experience building a culture of excellence in People Operations processes
- ✓Experience with Workday business process design, including requirements documentation
- ✓Process and detail oriented with ability to drive projects to completion
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all organizational levels
