About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Confluent, assisting our Enterprise field sales team in finding and developing qualified opportunities. This role requires a hunter mentality with a track record of success and polished communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute established best practices and engagement cadences using salesloft, Salesforce, Drift and other tools
- →Learn, leverage and help evolve our demand generation process
- →Participate in regular training & informational sessions
Requirements
- ✓Ability to prospect into Enterprise level accounts using various tactics including phone calls and personalized emails
- ✓Previous experience as an SDR/BDR or in a closing role
- ✓Collaboration with Field Marketing on campaigns using correct messaging
- ✓Track record running outbound pipeline generation and inbound lead follow-up
- ✓Meet/exceed quarterly qualified leads quota
- ✓Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft preferable
