About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Contentsquare, a global leader in experience analytics. This role will be responsible for sourcing and screening top talent for CSQ roles across EMEA, particularly in Poland and Egypt.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn the recruiting process at the top of the funnel, uncovering the best candidates for CSQ
- βSource candidates from direct targeting, social networking, and employee referrals
- βProvide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
- βEnsure the highest level of data integrity within existing tools and platforms
- βBuild strong partnerships with hiring managers and the wider TA and People team
- βOffer insight, best practices and interview preparation to both candidates & hiring managers
- βCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on role specifications and interview processes
Requirements
- βExperience sourcing/recruiting for high-growth companies, ideally in the enterprise software industry
- βIn-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of creative methods and sources
- βExpertly communicate with all levels of an organization from interns to CEO
- βExcellent stakeholder management abilities
- βA passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience
