About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter to support global expansion efforts at Binance. This full-time fixed-term contract role focuses on corporate and business hiring across functions like customer service, compliance, and operations. The position is remote and requires working within APAC timezones.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- →Provide an outstanding candidate experience from introduction to onboarding
- →Work closely with HR team and hiring managers to improve hiring processes
- →Drive or participate in various HR projects and initiatives
- →Manage recruiting databases in a structured and timely manner
- →Develop and maintain a stocked pipeline of quality talent through networking and community engagement
Requirements
- ✓3-6+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within top-tier Internet companies or agencies
- ✓Business/corporate talent hiring experience for Web3/crypto companies is a plus
- ✓Fluency in English required; additional languages advantageous
- ✓Skilled with modern sourcing and selection techniques
- ✓Market mapping experience for global markets
- ✓Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals
- ✓Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills
- ✓Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- ✓Ability to work independently
- ✓Positive attitude toward crypto
