About the Role
We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors HR Technology Analyst to join our team at Keyloop. This role will support and manage all SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring smooth daily operations and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and support all current SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, PMGM, Compensation, Onboarding, Succession and Continuous Performance
- →Support and own escalated help desk tickets and encourage a self-service model of working
- →Manage daily HR systems related tickets generated via the Salesforce ticketing system
- →Assist with bi-annual system releases, reviewing changes and identifying opportunities for system enhancements
- →Support project management for implementation of new SuccessFactors modules
- →Ensure data management is secure and compliant with data protection policies
- →Identify opportunities for optimisation in HR business processes
- →Update user procedures, guidelines and training materials
- →Monitor and optimise integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and internal systems
Requirements
- ✓In-depth SAP SuccessFactors Systems knowledge and experience in administration and implementation
- ✓Experience working with Employee Central, PMGM, Onboarding, Succession and Continuous Performance
- ✓Experience implementing and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central, Role-Based-Permissions, Workflow-Management, and Business Rules
- ✓Experience with system integrations and interfaces, including SAP SuccessFactors Integration Centre
- ✓Ability to communicate clearly with various levels of the organization
- ✓Knowledge of change and configuration management procedures
- ✓Technical experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and integrations with SAP ERP and third-party platforms
- ✓Experience with HR Products and Processes
- ✓Experience working within complex technical systems in a global organization
- ✓Knowledge of HR and Security statutory requirements
- ✓Experience working with third-party support partners
- ✓Experience providing high-quality service in a demanding customer service environment
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience with technology projects including business change deliverables
- ✓Ability to manage conflicting demands in high-pressure situations
- ✓Solution-oriented and problem-solving skills
