About the Role
ControlUp is seeking a Junior Product Designer to join the User Experience team. This role involves building unified, forward-thinking experiences and collaborating across disciplines to solve complex design challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and refine user funnels and workflows from concept through usability testing and iteration
- →Deliver end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms, balancing user needs with business objectives
- →Produce detailed design deliverables including vision statements, specifications, wireframes, and prototypes
- →Collaborate with Senior Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to transform technical requirements into user-friendly interfaces
- →Coordinate and facilitate usability testing, analytics, and user research activities
- →Stay current with industry trends and advocate for new design approaches
Requirements
- ✓0–1 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design (internships and bootcamp projects accepted)
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Design - Must have
- ✓Proficiency with Figma - Must have
- ✓Excellent communication and organizational skills
- ✓Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to propose multiple design solutions
- ✓A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process from sketches to high-fidelity UI
- ✓Advanced English language skills
