About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join Convera, a leading non-bank B2B cross-border payments company. This role involves proactively identifying and contacting new prospects to arrange qualified appointments for Senior Business Development Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Make outbound calls to identify, qualify, and set appointments for Senior Business Development Managers
- →Prospect new opportunities using sales enablement tools like Salesforce.com and ZoomInfo
- →Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as revenue and appointment setting targets
- →Work closely with Senior Business Development managers, Industry leads, and Head of Sales
- →Manage the lead allocation pipeline to the sales team on a daily basis
- →Use commercial awareness to demonstrate and promote ideal solutions for potential clients
Requirements
- ✓Similar experience in a sales role, ideally with outbound calling experience
- ✓Prior experience in Foreign Exchange is advantageous
- ✓Fluency in English & Polish is required
- ✓Financial services experience is ideal
- ✓Strong organizational skills and effective time management
- ✓Experience within Microsoft Office Suite and sales tools such as Salesforce would be advantageous
- ✓Professional telephone manner
- ✓Resilient, motivated individual with a tenacious and competitive mindset
