About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join Convera in Madrid, Spain. This is a greenfield role as we establish our Demand Generation Team in the region. You will have opportunities for career progression into business development, foreign exchange dealing, or other roles.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate appointments for sales targets by identifying and contacting new prospects
- →Work closely with Business Development Managers to proactively identify and contact new prospects
- →Lead generation and prospecting
- →Develop deep understanding of Convera’s value proposition
- →Achieve KPIs such as revenue and appointment setting targets
- →Create appointments with new and existing prospects
- →Make outbound calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities
- →Use sales enablement tools like Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, and Highspot
- →Manage the sales lead allocation pipeline
Requirements
- ✓Sales industry experience, ideally with outbound calling
- ✓Strong organizational and time management skills
- ✓Active listening, strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Willingness to attain Level 3 CISI Certificate within 6 months
- ✓Fluent in Spanish (native level) and English (oral and written)
- ✓Experience in the financial services industry
- ✓Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and sales tools is advantageous
