About the Role
We are looking for a Growth SDR to join our fast-growing team at Duna. This role focuses on accelerating our growth by executing outbound experiments, qualifying leads, and contributing to our go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute outbound experiments - research prospects, craft outreach, and iterate based on results.
- →Qualify and nurture leads - turn leads into sales opportunities and coordinate hand-offs
- →Run events across Europe - coordinate demand generation activities
- →Help shape our GTM - contribute insights and feedback to refine our go-to-market strategy
- →Jump into whatever else needs doing - across sales, ops, or partnerships
Requirements
- ✓1–3 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or sales development
- ✓Strong communicator - skilled at outreach, relationship building
- ✓Experimental mindset - you love testing new approaches, measuring results, and iterating to find what works
- ✓Curiosity & hustle - driven to learn fast, experiment boldly, and push pipeline generation boundaries
- ✓Proactive, optimistic, and like to move fast
