About the Role

NRI North America is seeking a Computer Support Technician to join their elite professional services organization in NYC. This full-time role involves providing IT support to clients and maintaining systems.

Key Responsibilities

→Respond to help desk tickets and assist users with hardware and software issues
→Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to computers, printers, and network connectivity
→Set up and configure computers, peripherals, and software applications
→Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems and software
→Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
→Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure
→Provide training and support to users on new software and technologies
→Work closely with other IT team members on projects and system improvements

Requirements

✓Associate’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
✓1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role
✓Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and technology products
✓Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in Windows and macOS environments
✓Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
✓Excellent communication and customer service skills
✓Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
✓Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
