About the Role
We are looking for a Bilingual Team Lead to safely lead team members in the production of quality products. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with team members.
Key Responsibilities
- →Safely lead the activities of team members in the production of quality products
- →Guarantee and maintain a safe work environment
- →Assist in training and coaching of new employees
- →Ensure onboarding and training requirements for new employees are met
- →Maintain open communication in motivating employees to meet quality and productivity goals
- →Utilize problem solving techniques, team building strategies and process improvement tools to meet or exceed goals and objectives
- →Know and understand all operations within the assigned area
- →Be approachable for employee questions and concerns at all times
- →Assume production responsibilities of Team Lead in his/her absence
- →Other related duties as assigned
