About the Role
Coupang is seeking a Principal HRBP to oversee corporate teams in Taipei and ensure alignment with business goals. This role involves developing people strategies, enhancing company culture, and partnering with senior business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with business leaders to develop and implement business people strategies
- →Provide coaching and counsel to managers and employees to resolve people issues
- →Improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- →Guide performance management and provide HR policy interpretation
- →Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions
- →Visualize data to provide insights to stakeholders
- →Minimize legal risks by ensuring compliance with labor laws
- →Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances
Requirements
- ✓At least 8 years of HRBP experience
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
