About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join Cracken, the world’s first Uncensored Vibe Hacking platform. This role will support our hiring efforts and help us find strong tech and leadership talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Source top candidates for technical and leadership roles (engineering, security, AI, executive)
- →Work with AI sourcing + recruiting tools to improve speed and quality
- →Run high-signal talent research: map niche markets, identify hidden talent pools, track competitor hiring patterns
- →Bring new ideas and run experiments to improve sourcing approaches
- →Partner closely with founders and tech leads to define what “great” talent looks like
- →Own first-touch outreach and candidate communication
- →Help build Cracken’s reputation as an employer of choice
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting for tech roles
- ✓Experience with modern AI sourcing tools (or genuine excitement to master them fast)
- ✓Strong LinkedIn + Boolean search skills
- ✓Startup recruiting experience is a plus
- ✓Cybersecurity recruiting experience is a strong plus
- ✓Proactive mindset
- ✓Intermediate+ English (written and spoken)
