About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Melio USA. This role focuses on managing our most valuable customers, overseeing strategic growth and retention of top-tier accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own all strategic actions associated with customer engagement and retention efforts
- →Build dynamic relationships with customers through meaningful interactions
- →Lead customers through early adoption and lifecycle stages
- →Evaluate customer health signals and feedback to surface churn risks
- →Execute sales methodologies to guide strategic customer conversations
- →Share ownership of webinars to support customer education at scale
- →Work collaboratively with relevant departments to elevate the voice of the customer
- →Proactively evaluate and suggest changes to existing procedures
- →Leverage internal tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach, and Gong
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or client facing role
- ✓1+ years experience utilizing CRM software, Salesforce preferred
- ✓Experience in a scaled customer success environment
- ✓Proven ability to adopt new technologies and teach others
- ✓Strong communication and sales acumen
- ✓Analytical and strategic approach to customer success
- ✓Experience working with small businesses in account management or customer success capacity
- ✓Prior experience in a SaaS environment and/or financial technology space
